yes, so sad, i love the hot yoga, too. I went until February when I got so busy on the house. It takes a while to get used to it, but once I did.....I loved it. This week's been an off week re exercise. I find excuses. My radiation has not started. Three times i've gone up there, and they've taken measurement. Can't get them right. not a big deal though i try to turn it into one. Listening to a take a while back. Said if we were in paradise, we'd find something to worry about. Shoot yeah! My list goes something like this:
1. how come me?
2. What about all the other people?
3. Are they here too?
4. why did it take so long?
5. such needless suffering when it was gonna end up like this>
6. What if I get bored?
7. You mean all I do is just enjoy my life?
8. Is that really living?

Good for you, lgreaves. I keep meaning to try yoga but never get to it. My daughter goes to hot yoga, I think it's called bikram, she loves the heat and the sweat.

I agree, Branch. To live vicariously through an adventurer is such a delight.
Linda, I look forward to hearing all about your trip, which, in turn, will trigger fond memories of my trip there in 2008. Have a wonderful time, soak up the culture and the sights, and come home with your heart full of your experiences. ![]() So Sad |

Linda, have a great time. I mean it!!!!
The butterflies are for a multitude of reasons. Some are directly related to C, others are indirectly related and still others are not related at all, well, except that they have to do with you. I hope you'll remember that when one of us undertakes an adventure, the adventurer is responsible for ensuring the rest of us can vicariously adventure. No, I have to have a take-back. Rather than "I hope you'll remember", it is a 'you must remember!!' Bon voyage! |

Enjoy your trip, Linda. I'd be eating my way through Italy with bread, cheese, pasta, fish, olives and wine! Mangia bene!

Thanks mc2
Well the trip is just around the corner. I leave Friday morning for Italy. the butterflies have taken up residence in the pit of my stomach....but I think it'll be fine. Different, but ok. So much to do and of course procrastination is alive and well. Anyway, just wanted to drop in and say see you all in a few weeks. ![]() |

I agree with you SoSad. I find myself asking " where's the joy". Mike & I were both passionate people & somehow I lost my passion the day I lost Mike. I too have days that it seems clearer; but for the most part I amble along. I haven't read the link. A little swamped with work. mc2 |
