Finally finished the rough draft and will get the papers to the accountant this week.  Why is it so complicated??? Income tax forms remind me of the game we used to play as children.....think of a number, add whatever, subtract whatever, multiply whatever, etc.  The answer is always the same, and we all know that the government already knows the outcome.

Ugh. Taxes. Daniel was a CPA. I want him here to do mine. I'm filing for an extension. I don't have the energy to deal with it right now.

ijbj, glad to hear you may have found a grief support group. GJ is great. At the same time, talking with others in the flesh brings a different kind of support. It takes courage to step out as you are doing. Bravo!

I'm feeling you sosad...I started on my taxes as well. I've been procrastinating long enough. I sent it to my accountant for review.

ijbj good for you. We need all the support we can get.

Good idea, ijbj.  I found bereavement groups very helpful, hope you do too.

I started the preliminary paperwork for my taxes today.

The Best Thing I Did for myself today was talk to a bereavement counselor about joining a support group.

Thank you for understanding...it is true that the depths of those words cannot be truly comprehended unless, one has/is going through it.

Days like today, it's followed by, it would not have happened if he was here.

I will be praying for you lgreaves.

so sad, that was so true, so eloquent how you expressed how we do not bounce, but take one step, one step, one step at a time.  and sometimes we fall, and sometimes we cry and sometimes we can't remember why we are getting up and going one, but we do.  We just do.  thank you all for helping me live through the grief, and journey into the unknown.
