(((e-nok))) I have days like that too. No triggers, nothing significant, just  :sob:
I can't believe how much I've cried over the past 11 months. I have a permanent sore lump on my lower lip through biting it. Me, who used to cry perhaps once or twice a year ... I cry at the drop of a hat nowadays. Over the most mawkish, overly sentimental cr@p ... stuff that we would have laughed at 12 months ago, now can bring a tear (or two) to my eyes.

I have extra tissues i'm bringing with me, scutch over, I'm coming in!   GJ has been such a help, but it's still hard, and to find someone  doing exactally what I was doing,  :sob:, glad to have some company   :sob: :sob: :sob:

I agree! - great idea - a nice safe place to cry for any reason or no particular reason - just because it hurts!  sure beats the supermarket!
