Sorry I didn't get back to you last night; I made a valiant effort to get some sleep right after I posted.  I failed, of course, but I tried.

I just received a call from a friend who needs help so, I'm going to leave you this link providing lots of resources on how to clear one's browswer's cookies and cache so that I can go to my friend's aid - http://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+clear+cache&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a.  Go through them, find instructions for the browser you use and follow the instructions.  Let me know if clearing your cookies/cache resolves your problem.  I hope it does.
